700r4 lock up wiring question

I recently swapped a 94 lt1 into my 86 iroc and the 4l60e that came with the lt1 was shot so I had to reuse my 700r4. I already swapped in the reluctor and vss sensor and got tv cable hooked up and I'm having the 4l60e tuned out of the pcm, but I need to know how to wire the lock up for now because I don't have the money for a kit at the moment. My question is is there anyway to wire up a manual lock up to a toggle switch? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Joe

You should at the very least have it locked up while cruising in overdrive.
