Price wise-rebuilding 700r4, new 700-r4, manual swap?

Basically im wondering how cheap i can do a t-5 swap, or a t-56 swap. Will a t-5 hold up to about 450hp? Probably not...so would a 700r4 rebuild or new 700r4 be my best bet?

Well... A T-5 can handle 350-375 ft-lbs of torque. No more! I would put in a T56 or a new 700R4 if I were you.
