What weight oil and what type of Posi Lube for a 9 bolt rear

Going to change the rear end fluid and I needed some info on this. TIA

I used the Castrol Synthetic 90 weight oil and the GM posi additive.

AMSOIL Series 2000 75W90 gear lube. You don't need any friction modifier additive. Best stuff you can get, same cost by the time you add the price of the additive to anybody else's lube.
