Run some WD-40 down the throttle and trans cables. To do this, disconnect them, hold them pointing up, and shoot the WD-40 into where the cable meets the sleeve. It could also be the throttle body shaft sticking, due to worn bushings. You can also try oiling that, but if the bushings are worn too much, it probably won't make much difference.

I had another car doing this and it was some type of deposit build up in the throttle body. I'd take the air cleaner assembly off, get an old tooth brush and scrub all around your butterflies and the walls of the throttle body with carb cleaner. it'll smoke some when you fire her up, but should do the trick if that is the problem.
where are the bushings for the throttle shaft? my throttle body is brand new remanufactured
They're pressed into the throttle body, where the shaft goes through it. They're made of brass, and do wear over time. If your TB is new though, you can probably rule that out as the cause.
