TH350 Swap - shifter bracket

Hey everyone. I'm finishing up the swap from a 700r4 to a th350. I've got just about everything done with the exception of mounting the transmission shift cable. My 700r4 bracket doesn't work on with the bolt holes in the pan. I see they have the hurst kit, http://www.jegs.com/i/Hurst/530/550-0001/10002/-1 . Thing is, I don't need the entire kit. I've gotten my torque arm to mount up. All I need is the bracket for the shifter cable. Can anyone with that kit look up the part number of the shifter bracket and the shift linkage bar? Summit sells just the brackets, but, they don't explain what each bracket fits to.

Thanks so much!
Mike
