i dont wanna spend over $250 on one either

I know Summit sells lock-up torque converters. I think that's what he meant. Summit has a B&M Holeshot 2400 with the lock-up feature for $335. The price may be a little off. My catalog is out of date. I was assuming you have a 700r4 trans.
