The WC T5 is rated to 300 lbs/ft., so a basic rebuild will handle the same amount. If you want to spend some more coin you can go with a Super Alloy gear upgrade, which will take you up to 350-400 lbs/ft. If you want to go the G-Force route you can get up to 500+ lbs/ft.
Call Hanlon Motorsports at 610-469-2695 for current pricing. Tell them you want a Street Synchro kit. If you think you need more than 450 lbs/ft. of holding power ask about the mainshaft too. It has been five years since I bought a kit, and G-Force no longer quotes prices on their website. The gear kit was $1,100 and the mainshaft was $500 I believe, but those prices may have gone up. The new case was $250. Make sure you get a full rebuild kit too, which is about $175 I think.
