th350 driveshaft problems

i just installed mt motor and trans 383/th350 now i need a driveshaft i heard that a driveshaft from a 1982 automatic camaro would work be its rare to find one.. if someone who has one or did this swap can tell me what driveshaft measurement they came up with would save me alot of time...I measured 48 ans 1/2 inches does that seem right?

spohn sells a couple driveshafts, theyre pricey but everything they make is top notch, i had one custom made cost me about 125 at a local machine shop
