TV cable corrector

i just bought one of those sonnax tv cable correctors that firm up your shifts, and i was wondering how do you install it? do you simply put it in and drive? or do you have to adjust your cable as usual and then install it?

Re: TV cable corrector

So what if I got a trans that already had a shift kit? What would this do for it then? As it seems this is to firm up shifts and only that.

Please tell me its real purpose. I found one for $9 shipped. Might as well get one, but want to know the facts first if that's okay.

yeah i got mine for 7 dollars plus shipping.

from my understanding what it does is boost line pressure when shifting, making the shift firmer. and when a shift is firmer it means the clutches dont have to slip as much therefor its supposed to be better on your clutches
