t5 swap into my 2nd gen

so i had a spare t5 for my racecar just sittin on the bench and got the crazy idea to swap out my th350 in my 2nd gen for the t5 (which once was a manual so i still have the clutch pedal) . Only issue i'm having is where to mount the master cylinder. The spare off my thirdgen has such an odd angled mounting flange it won't really work. Just wondering if anyone has used a universal master cylinder and which one. Don't wanna get one and have it not push enough fluid or have it blow up my slave
