unfortunately you have either a problem with the low reverse clutches or the reverse input clutches in either case your trans will have to come out and tore down to find exactly which one is the problem

__________________ Camaro owner's prayer
The Camaro is my obsessions;
That I shall ALWAYS want!
It maketh me burnout on black pavements;
It leadeth me down the busy freeways;
It restoreth my soul.
It leadeth me in the path of quickness;
For its name sake.
Yeah, though I drive through the valley of RICE,
I shall fear no turbo, for torque art with me!
Thy rod and thy piston, they comfort me.
Thou preparest a track for me.
In the presence of mine enemies;
Thou hast anointed my bearings with oil;
My car overpowers.
Surely traction and victory shall follow me
All the days of my life.
And I shall dwell in the house of the Chevrolet\
Forever and EVER! Amen.
everyone forgot to mention it could be a reaction shell. if it isn't, upgrade it while it's apart and install a beast so it can't strip or break. It is a weak piece of metal stock.
Also the low roller has been forgotten. As a note: i'd source a trans for myself (that's just me) or someone or shop I know so that you don't get burned. Finding good 700r4's shouldn't be hard to find but seems to be.
Ive always been taught that reverse is the first thing to go out before the rest. Its just a matter of time before you run into bigger problems. I am by no means a tranny expert. thats just what my father always told me. Get it fixed before more damage occurs. Good Luck.

Yeah I've got one I can buy just sucks that I have to change it. Just got the thing running and haven't even got to enjoy it yet. Well that gives me the excuse to put my 350 in it.
