Question On Installing Megashifter. Yeah I searched.

I really would like to get a Megashifter. I see they have them specifically for our cars a Summit Racing. I searched for a few hours and I know it will be difficult to install and that I need to get a shorter cable. But my main concern is do I have to remove the tranny to install it? Please forgive me if this is a really stupid question but no one made this clear in any posts that I read.

Probably just fighting the cable routing and bolting stuff down in the center console... pretty straight forward stuff. Make sure you read the instructions on adjusting things.

Just make sure you follow the setup instructions closely. I almost got in an accident because a tranny shop neglected to pay attention after dropping the pan and couldn't shift into drive
