Welcome to TGO. A search on site will often provide the info you're searching for. IIRC, I used GM part # 14088646, a light-weight flywheel with 153 ring gear teeth on my 350 HO. The standard flywheel is 14088650. Both are designed for a one-piece crank seal.

No. The following is a summary from my 350 HO Specifications: 1958 through 1985 had a 3.58" diameter flywheel flange bolt pattern. Since 1986, the bolt pattern is 3.00. The change in diameter was made to accommodate the one-piece rear main seal.
You should be able to reuse the flywheel from your 87.

Sorry, I guess I'm confused. If the T5 is from an 87, it should have a flywheel for a one-piece, not a two-piece (which was discontinued in 85). At any rate, the part numbers are above.

Your 87 5.0, should be a 1-piece rear main, unless somebody changed something & it is not original.
