Transmission: 700r4 w/ kit

quick 700r4 swap question
i have a 89 firebird with the 305 in it. it has a bad 700r4 tranny. i can get my hands on a 93 camaro 700r4 trans. would the camaro trans fit the firebird? the camaro is a v8. not sure if its a 350

The 93 trans is a 4L60-E, it is the first year for the electronic controll and wouldn't interchange with an 89 4L60/700-R4
