is my trans mount coming loose pics inside

well every time i stomp on the gas a loud clunk from under my car is heared. last year i installed it and it was fine but now i think its loose. take a look

good question back about a year ago I bought a stock trans mount thinking it would hold up considering i was keeping the car mostly stock with just exhaust work. but now im going with a poly mount. can anyone suggest me one. what about this one.
