700r4 help

i put a new tv cable in my 700r4 and i adjusted it over and over and cant hit the sweet spot it driving me nuts. now its shifting fine 1-2 at 15 -20 mph and the 2-3 has a hesitation like a slip and it dose not have passing gear past 45. but if i go thre the gears manualy it dose not slip any ideas??? o and the 3-5 is at 40 - 45.

Yea I had the same problem with that dam TV Cable!! When you pull on your TV Cable does it spring back fast or slow?? Tranny Fluid black or smell burnt??? Leaking fluid??

You have the same problem I do. I have that same slippage from 2-3. My tranny has just been rebuilt. I have 130 miles on it. Did you fix the problem. Please pm me to let me know what your results are.
