tranny shift points 700r4 auto

when taking off from dead stop the car moves when shifting into 2nd it builds up rpms and finally shits this in all but 1st gear any help thanks.can i adjust my this myself without taking out the tranny???

Are you saying that 1st is ok, but during the shift into 2nd, 3rd or 4th, the rpm momentarily increases during the shift before dropping?

Like you have slippage during the shift?

you could try adjusting the tv cable to help with shift points possibly
