cable 700R4 to electric t5

hi all,

I have a 86 maro with the 700R4 transmission. I believe it has a cable driven speedometer and i just purchased a t5 transmission to put in and it is out of a 87 Trans am that has an electric driven speedometer with an electric speedometer drive on the outside of the tranny. My question is what adapter would i need to convert my cable driven to an electric and what pulse is needed?? I read up on Jag's that Run and there are 2 potential adapters but i'm not sure which to use. Any Info Helps!!!!
Thanks.
