Problems Throw out bearing?

Trying to install a T5. and it won't go in. I wiggled and jiggled. and all that. When i pull it off it seems the throwout bearing his hanging up? Do i need a second person to pump the pedal or what? any suggestions please.

it usually takes 2 people to hold the tranny and wiggle wiggle wiggle lol did yu use a a clutch pilot tool to alighn the clutch when you installed it??

i took out the throw out bearing and slide it on the shaft and its probably the colprit because it slid on once then tried it again and got stuck had to wiggle it. last night i got the whole thing on and only 1/4 inch to go and it wouldn't budge no more bleh. Any suggestions more lube by putting on the input shaft?????

good job DON'T put to much lube on the input shaft you will only throw that around onto the clutch and make it slip and junk after that

Yea i barely put any on what i did was lube it and then took a rag and wiped it off so it had very little on it.
