1344 or 1310 u-joint

What are the differences between these two u-joints and how do you know which one my car uses?

Axle/Gears: 3.54 Dana 44 / 3.08 10 bolt

Re: 1344 or 1310 u-joint

A 1344 is a conversion joint from a 3R to a 1310 yoke. You need it if you have an aluminum shaft.

The stock U joint is a 3R.
