700R4 installed pictures

Hello, I have a 91 camaro I replaced motor and tranny. I have the both setting back in the car and bolted together. I also have a box of parts for the torqe arm and linkage assembly. It been so long since I removed it I cant remember just how everything goes back together. Does anyone have photos and/or instructions on how to complete the install? The Haynes manual is very vague and no illustrations. A bit of Help please.
Thanks J.Litton

Mine has been apart for 7 years, amazing what you can forget (remember). Anyway, do you have a picture of thee routing for the Transmission cooling lines?

Re: 700R4 installed pictures

Thank's for the pic, its about there. I think What I need is a pic of the linkage from bottom and sides, along with a pic of the tail shaft area. That would be greatly appreciated. I've got the linkage assembly with a 6-8" bolt that looks like it goes thru 1 of possibly 2 holes, but I've also got an unknown bracket that appear to go on the end of the tranny's tail shaft. Would this be for exhaust?- judging by your pic.
Thanks Again, J.Litton

As for jimcairns question, I think the cooling lines run up the passenger side along the frame rail, along with a coolant return line. And yes that's the motor before I took it out a cleaned up everything.

Re: 700R4 installed pictures

the tranny lines go where you see them and then between the engin and sub frame below the engin bracket. as you can see by the photos your getting one of the cleaner and un touched cars

Re: 700R4 installed pictures

So, it looks like the cooler run out of the radiator, along the frame rail, under the motor mount, over the starter and in to the side of the trans. Correct? Where are the points they attach/are supported by the car? What do the attachment clips/brackets look like?

As far as I can remember they go into a clip on the oil pan. That's the only place they are supported.

Re: 700R4 installed pictures

Ok, you look like the person i need to ask about this.On my car there is a cable (assuming tv cable) going down to the trans on the driver's side. Looks like some type of linkage. Trans linkage? Anyway, i have a lot of fluid leaking around that area. Not leaking onto the ground ,but stained on the trans all around that area. Recently my 1 to 2 shift while in the normal drive position is getting stuck. I have to take my foot off of the gas to shift under WOT. Only under WOT. Also, I had to install a return spring on my throttle body in order for the car to shift at all! If not it stays in each gear for a real loooong time.LOL. Car is fine in the d1 and d2 shift. Chirps into second that way , but not in the normal drive position. What do you think may be the culprit? bad tv cable or bad trans linkage? or even a bad throttle body?

Car shifts fine manually. Car itself has about 215k on it. Engine and trans had 77k on it last year when i bought it.
