I'm looking at this right now instead of the clutch fork method. It would only cost a little more to buy this rather than everything else. Also the bellhousing I bought doesnt have the bracket for the slave so that would be one less thing for me to have to make. I was just wondering how durable they are and what the pedal feels like with these. Or should I just stick to the fork.

I've known people to use the McLeod hyd TOB:

Quite a bit more than this RAM you posted, so I can only guess there's a difference.
YMMV

Re: Has anyone ever used one of these?
Just called and talked with the tech line at Ram and he said so long as I use a stock style clutch I'll be fine. And since I am using a stock style then I think I'm going to try this. That will let me use the "wrong" bellhousing I bought.
I think I found the difference between the Ram one and the McLeod one. The McLeod one bolts to the transmission, or in my case the adapter plate. The Ram one just slips over the collar. Ram does offer one the same style as the McLeod one and it is about the same price. Since the adapter plate uses a stock T5 collar, I dont see the reason to spend the money on the bolt on piece.
Heres the Ram one.
