need transmission and clutch help!

So i have gone through the action of dropping my transmission about 4 times now and i wish for this to be the last time i put it back up..

i am going through the t5 t56 swap and everything should be in line.. only that i just switched from the t5 (external) slave cylinder to the t56 (external) slave cylinder. i had tore my hose that was original to the t56 cylinder but i went to get a new one.. i bled my clutch to the point were my pedal was very stiff. this is how it felt when i first installed the slave cylinder and when i went to force the pedal down it ripped. so i have not gone through the process of just forcing that pedal down.
any help with that?

also i understand this is a pull type clutch we have switched from, so im wondering what is the correct way to assemble the tranny. the way i have it now, it feels as if the clutch fork is all the way in so it gets no movement back unless i pull it with my finger. how is this supposed to work? is the throw out bearing supposed to be stuck into the the pressure plate since the beginning.

another question that i am having no answer in which way is the clutch supposed to be facing. i am dealing with a stage 3 spec clutch, but has no marking as in which is the FW side or pressure plate.its the 6 puck clutch.

please. i need info in all of these categories. if you have links or pictures please let me know as i have searched for these answers in many places..
thanks
