Newb question.

I have a stock Camaro Z28. What gears are in her? Does it have Posi?

I would like to upgrade gears, any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Re: Newb question.

Please fill out the rest of your profile so we don't have to ask questions like:

what year?

thanks.

Do you have an RPO sticker or anything with the car? Do you have a 9-bolt or 10-bolt?
When you look at your rear end cover is there a small metal tag that hangs off of one of the cover bolts? (if so then it is a posi)

Crawl under your car and look on the front passenger side of the rear axle tube, there should be some numbers there. If you do a quick search on those numbers it will tell you everything you want to know.

Re: Newb question.

btw, if that's yours in the pic it's a really clean looking car. I like the white and gold.
