Need a clutch that will handle 400ish hp
Just put some drag radials on and my stock clutch can't hang. The clutch kit was just installed about 3 or 4 months ago, so I don't even know if I should be shopping for an entire kit or just the clutch itself.
Any suggestions would be great!

Re: Need a clutch that will handle 400ish hp
Any regular catalog will only show a clutch that is 10.4 in diameter.
The setup you will want with a 350 or larger is the parts from McLeod.
They don't list it as such but here are the part #'s
Pressure plate #360-709 (summit #MCL 360-709
The disc is # 260-571 (MCL 260-571)
This is an 11" clutch that mounts to a 10 1/2" bolt pattern.
The way they do this is by using a disc that is 10.95 diameter and special bolts. (they come with it)
A bit pricey, but will take 5K launches with drag tires.
PS Jeg's has a better price.
