TV Cable Geometry

I came across this when I was cleaning up my HD, and I thought someone might find it useful.

Thanks so much, this is just what I've been asking/looking for.

Just one question, what is the dimension measured in step 1? I'm working with a Holley carb that I didn't install so I don't know the factory measurement.

Please help.

I'm not sure what it means, but I'd guess it's the length of the cable past the sleeve when its fully extended.
