DTW engine block suffix code ?

Anyien got a clue what DTW suffix code is ? Its an 80-up block because its got pass side oil dipstick tube and it sticks directly into the pan instead of into the block, intake manifold is 346250 and is that late 70s blue colro and the valve covers are smooth and black and carb is correct ESC carb and so is distributor. even the local dealership couldnt decode DTW for me, I cant find any page online that lists it. VIN stamping on deck does not match VIN of car, intake datecode is 77 late or 78 early.

Any ideas what it is ?

i guess i could always glance at the torsional dampner and see if its the wide 7" or the narrower 8" one., that would tell me. if its a 350 or not at least,. the VIN code on block starts with 19F, so either 1 is year or 9 is year, anf F is plant, fremont ?

thanks
