Urgent - How to Pull Fuel Rail and Injectors 3.1L

I have my 92 Camaro 3.1L down to the Fuel Rail, Injectors, and Lower Intake Plenum (replacing the valve lifters)...

How do you get the Fuel Rail and Injectors out????????? This is a single fuel rail with injectors out each side at an angle so it won't lift straight up without bending the injectors...

If the injectors have to come out one at a time, how do you get them out individually.???

Also, how can I test the injectors and/or clean them before I re-assemble since they are a pain to get to once its back together..???

You shouldn't need to get the injectors out to do the rockers. I did just put new injectors and rockers in so I'll help you if I can.
Once you remove the two bolts holding down the fuel rail, gently rock the fuel rail from left to right as your pulling up. Mine came right out. Once you've got the fuel rail off, flip it over and there is small clips that hold the inj to the rail. The clips have to be turned about 90* (they will only go one way) and the inj should come out with a little twisting/pulling motion.

I am doing the valve lifters so I have to pull the intake... I don't see a way to pull it without pulling the fuel rail, fuel injectors, lower intake plenum, and then the intake over the lifter valley in that order...

Sorry, you did say lifters, I was thinking rockers. I'll dig out the Haynes and get back if I missed anything.

I just take the 2 fuel rail bolts out, and then stick a long big screwdriver right down the middle of the rail from the front and pry. The injectors wiggle around in the rail, there just held in with rubber.
