did you hold it upside down when you cleaned it out? its very important. it's also very important that you wait until its completely dry before using it again. more likely that it's the IAC, was it running alright before you cleaned it?
it was already running like sh*t before i did it, and yes i cleaned it right
O2 sensors should be replaced regularly any way. They dont stay good for very long.
This sounds like the same thing that was wrong with my car when I first bought it. I did everything you mentioned to try and fix it but nothing worked. Finally I took it to a shop, who told me my fuel injectors were shorting out and buring my PCM. I got new injectors and a reman. PCM, fixed the problem right up. I hope this isn't whats wrong with yours since this cost a good abount of money to fix...
so could the o2 be da problem?
do i need to get a new one and my car will be working fine again?
o2 could be it, worth a try. finding if it's the injectors shorting out is pretty easy. open the hood at night, or in a dark garage, spray water around your fuel injector connectors start the engine and see if you get a light show. if its arcing around they're shorting out.

do i have to take off the intake manifold or can i do this with it on?
and if so could u take one of the pics and tell me where to pour the water
no just leave the manifold on. spray some water from a spray bottle or something under the top of the intake manifold, just so there's moisture where the fuel injectors plug in. water is acting to help the electricity short the injectors, if they aren't being shorted out, nothing will happen. it might do this without water being added, if you wanted to try that to, just turn off the lights in the garage and look for lightning while the car is running.
you have a couple of options. you can get a stock fuel rail that already has one from a jy, you might be able to order it from a dealer (but might not either, it was considered a part of the fuel rail and not serviced if defective the rail was replaced), or get an aftermarket adjustable one. not too bad to install, if your feeling brave.

i dont like buying over the phone or offline for that i spent that money then i want it now
but is a hard to do cuz it would save me 50 dollars
its not too bad. you have to remove the upper plenum (manifold) and the fuel rail. you might be able to get a fuel rail with injectors for cheap, but if you don't its no big deal. I'll post up a picture showing you what to disconnect to get the plenum off. at first it seems like a lot, but once you do it about a hundred times, its really simple.

got it modded. you'll have to remove the EGR tube also, but its pretty simple. take off the vacuum lines on the back, unbolt those 5 bolts on each side, unbolt the throttle bracket, 2 bolts on the front of the throttle body, take off the throttle cable attatchment on the throttle body. Its a clip, you can just press it down and it'll come off, I'm sure you'll figure it out. lift that off and the fuel rail is held in by 2 bolts. press on the screader valve to relieve pressure. disconnect the fuel lines and use a screwdriver to pry the rail and injectors out little by little.

i need to take out the fuel lines and injectors? to remove and insert the new fuel pressure regulator?
just unhook the fuel lines, the injectors will just come out with the fuel rail. you don't have to take out the injectors unless its to put them into the new fuel rail.

ok i went to take off the 5 bolts and there rusted shut, and they stripped all the threads on my socket wrench, so now i have no tools and already bought the part, so i guess early in the morning imma be at autozone trying to fix my car with thier loaner parts haha
