Need Help 92 V6 3.1 Camaro i installed new fuel injectors and runs real bad

i installed new fuel injectors, and when i turned the car on it revs low and high low and high from 500RPM -3000RPM. i connected all the injector wires the same way as i found the original injectors connected.

Before i decided to change the ones that ware on the car, the car was still drivable but was wasting to much gas way to much gas more then a v12. Now i cant even stay parked with it on because it revs low and very high. sound real bad. {cant even drive it because it revs in any gear}

I am not sure what the heck is wrong with it.

Can it be the fuel pump?
or
Can it be the computer?
or
WHAT CAN IT BE??????????? PLEASE HELP

Thank You.

Sounds like a bad vacuum leak to me. Look around at the back of the plennum and intake for any vacuum lines that you may have forgotten. I know you'll say that you checked, but check again, this is a VERY common mistake, even for professionals.

Yep thats an air leak! I remember when I did my engine pull 2 years back all went well until I turned the key to start her up. She's go up to about 3000rpm then drop to near stall, then back up again all the time making an awful screeming noise. I did everything including taking off the plenum, IM, & the LIM 3 times! I finally found that i'd left a tiny bit of gasket between the underside of the plenum & the IM and when I put the new gasket on it acted like a reed in a musical instrument! Not a nice sound at all! Most importantly, I missed it *****3****** TIMES!

Check the plenum gasket, the IM (Inlet Manifold) gasket & the LIM (lower inlet manifold) gasket & make sure ALL old gasket material has been removed. Then make sure your injector seals are on secure and the right size. Might be woth checking the throttle body gaskets too just in case you knocked something removing it, and finally check all the air hoses to the plenum, IM & LIM.

Don't worry, seeing how you only changed the injectors i doubt that it's anything serious most likely you just forgot or overlooked something, easy done believe me!

All the best, Speed.

Yup you are right it was an air problem.
what i did wrong after installing the new injectors was that i did not put new air intake manifold gaskets on, now after i reopened the intake manifold i saw my mistake the old gasket was ripped and it was leaking air.

Thank You for your help
