What years were speed density and which were MAF?

What size injectors do the 2.8's use?

Re: Fuel Injection Questions....

MFI V6 cars were MAF up to the end of the 89 model year. MAP/Speed Density was used on the 90-92 3.1 models.

2.8 engines had 2 different injectors based on the model year. Up to the end of the 87 model year, GM used Delco pintle cap style injectors with a 15.4 lb/hr rating. 88-89 2.8 and 90-92 3.1 engines got the 14084888 Bosch style injectors with a 14.7 lb/hr rating. I seem to have lost the link I had for this ATM...

Re: Fuel Injection Questions....

14.7 or 15.4lb both are considered 15lb injectors, both can be used with the 2.8 and 3.1
