TURBO HEADERS AVAILABLE

365$'s 16 ga mild steel , foward facing design
does not retian ac, and no crossover pipe

reason being is there is a ton of different options for turbo location so i will leave that to the end user

most ex shops etc will be able to weld u up a crossover pipe for 50-100 bucks

or if u like i can weld u up one at an additional charge

headers have 3/8's thick steel flanges
1.5 inch primarys .065 wall thickness
3 into 1 collectors with 2.5 inch outlet
and come with 3 bolt flanges

3 bolt flanges can be upgraded to vbands for an additional 60$'s for both

passenger side header leaves enough room with ac box inplace for upto a 4 inch downpipe

pictures are of stainless steel version mild steel version is exactly the same though

more pics available just ask

if u want a set of headers i will require a deposit to cover the cost of materials, paid in full when ready to ship.

or u can buy and send me the materials and i will deduct the amount 145$'s from price which will be paid when headers are ready to ship ( 220$'s)

Re: TURBO HEADERS AVAILABLE

could be used as a twin setup as well with a pair of t3's
instea dof building a crossover pipe, u can use an elbow on the driver side header to point it downward and mount the turbo with the inlet facing the passenger side,
plenty of room to fit a 2.5 or 3 inch downpipe out the ds

Re: TURBO HEADERS AVAILABLE

Noob question: what is the benefit of the stainless headers on your site vs these puppies?

Re: TURBO HEADERS AVAILABLE

the stainless headers last longer and they hold in the heat better, along with they wont ever rust.

unfortunatly when i contacted the tubing supplier for price quotes on materials instead of quoting me a price on 316L/321 stainless he quoted me a price using 304 stainless which is no good for turbo headers. so the price on my site needs to be updated

the 316/321 stainless is very very expsensive

put it this way just in the driver side header in those 4 tight 90 degree bends is 160$'s worth of material(were as in the mild steel version i can build the whole set for about 140-160 bucks in materials), its a couple of hundred bucks in enough materials to do the set in stainless

mild steel works just fine and is much cheaper

i can build u a header for that.
u got 2 choices either use the stock driver side manifold and run the crossover pipe from the manifold to the header.
or i can build u a cutom ds header with a crossover to the passenger side turbo header

figure just about 200 bucks for a setup to retian ac and uses the stock ds manifold, if ur interested private msg me i can work out the final price with ya

i could build u and under k setup which would use both stock manifolds, but ur going to pay the same price as my post above and it wont make the same amount of power per boost level.

the header i was talking about above will replace ur stock passenger side manifold and will not require and mods to accesories other then the smogpump/idler pulle on the older cars being removed
