Without messing with the ECM, all you can do is to run the stock flow rated injectors.
With going turbo in the next couple of weeks your best bet is to get into tuning, set up the mask that you want to run (maybe $59?), install a 2-bar MAP sensor, purchase the proper sized injectors for the booat/HP level and install those.
Then tune the ECM for the larger injectors. Along with the other items that will need to be changed due to using a boost aware ECM mask.
Now when it comes time that the turbo is on and providing boost, you can easily continue tuning.
yea but nobody around here will touch my ECM there all into.... honda and vtec or what ever
i was planing to running 5-7 psi and using a FMU to i can find someone to tune my car or i learn to do it my self -.-.
and this 2bar Map is that like the stock one but made for turbo ?
Your stock MAP sensor is a 1-bar. It reads from 0 psi (absolute) to nominal barometric pressure (14.7 psi). A 2-bar MAP sensor will read that range plus another 14.7 psi higher. So it can sense and report boost to 14.7 psi.
This is so the ECM can compensate for the required fuel and back off the spark timing to prevent detonation.
An FMU will band-aid the fueling, but won't do anything to back off the timing. In this case you need to stick with the stock flow rate injectors or learn to tune.
The biggest issue with putting a turbo on is that when 6 psi is OK, then 10 psi is better. Then when that is OK, 15 psi looks good. And so on until you find the limits of the engine and then back the boost down a few psi. Boost is addictive.
The '89-'90 (??) Turbo Grand Prix used a FWD 3.1l engine with IIRC, 22 #/hr injectors. The mask id is $8f, which would provide a good base tune to start out. Just need to change the spark parameters (initial, max and min) to suit the distributor (they were DIS).
Read a neat article in a car mag once about if you need more form stock injectors, to use marine grade parts. They are built to high specs with better duty cycles.
Was a stock build up build. So a different size was a no no but staying same sized but marine grade was ok by the rule and they got what they needed.
And typically marine grade stuff is of better quality, broken down 500miles off shore isn't cool.
They have much higher standards then for street use.

OK now im getting somewhere ok so if i tune the stock computer i can use the stock injector or would it be better to get something bigger let a 19# or something.
also someone said i need a wide band 02 sensor too.
And what other things would i need to tune?
and I know i it's like a drug. i use to have nitrous and it was 50 shot ok, 75 shot good 100 better 125 OMFG Awesome.
lol i was at barns and noble today looking for GM tuning how to book
RBOB THANK YOU for pointing me in the right direction

do you have any idea what kind of hp you are going to run?
woow 15 psi -.- that means i need to reinforce the buttomend .....haha wait to you guys see the set up lol twin turbo with a standalone oil system ahah
i alos just ordered a Megasquirt http://www.bgsoflex.com/megasquirt.html It seem easier then messing with the stock ECM so once it comes I'm going to get to work

if you are going to going turbo you are not going to be able to run stock injectors. If you are going to have:
250-300hp you are going to need about 30-32lb injector
300-350=36lb
