wiring air/fuel ratio gauge

anyone know how to wire one of these? Im going to get one but want to see how hard to install them first...

From what I've heard, it's like installing another O2 sensor. You may even be able to use it in that same position. OR even better, chop off a pipe (with the O2 sensor) & weld onto existing exhaust.
