You pretty much have to find one in a junkyard or somebody selling one off a V6. As you've found you can't buy them new, and as far as I know, nothing off another car fits.

Re: egr vacuum control assembly

As RubberDucky says, you'll need to get a used one. I was lucky enough to get one from the parts classified on Third Gen. You can also post a request in the "parts wanted" section of this forum. Sometimes, you can find used parts on Ebay. One way to look for parts from a lot of junk yards all at the same time is to do an Internet search of associated salvage yards. You put a request on one of these sites and your request is distributed electronically to a bunch of junk yards nationwide. I did this to get a tail light assembly for my Scion after GF backed it into a building (long funny story). Within 24 hours, a salvage yard called me and quoted a good price. Received it 2 days later.

Good luck; hope you find one quickly.

Car: 89 Camaro RS running MS2X
Engine: .48/.60AR T3/T4 2.8L V6
Transmission: Rebuilt 700R4 2500 stall
Axle/Gears: Next to break...
Only options are listed above. Mine has been broke for awhile. I decided to fix mine the expensive way; I put a turbo setup on

Best of luck finding one!
