How do you change a pitman arm ?

I know to remove the pitman arm from the steering box you have to remove the nut and washer from the shaft . make sure you mark everything so the new one goes back the way the old one came . Then you use a pitman arm puller , most nation wide (Pep Boys and etc. ) parts store chains rent them out , If not some gear pullers will work , but be sure not to mees up your threads.
On the other end a tie rod end separater should work.
