| 1985 Chevrolet Z28 Camaro, 305cid, 700 R4, Defender SRX+4 60S tires. * June 6, 2009- Brought car home... lots of little problems,... (wiring, some rust, drivers side floor, cracked windshield, etc...) * June 7-26/09- Checked over Camaro, got familiar with my new project, re-wired ignition, starter,alt.,... rebuilt distributer... GOT IT RUNNING!!!) * June 24, 2009- Went to "AUTO WRECKING YARD", got 1995 4th gen black leather seats ($175.00 each). June 26, 2009- Ordered new black carpet from "JC Whitney", engine receives a 0.040" overbore, ordered Victor JR. dual plenum intake, rebuilding my old 750cfm Holley DBL. pumper, (from my '74 "Monte Carlo"), $236.00+ tax 4 new tinted windshield, +++... many misc. parts, and a lot more work hours + $$$ during this overhaul project. * June 27, 2009- Brought Camaro into garage after washing it, (I oiled the engine compartment and chassis last week... to help take apart 24 years worth of rusted bolts, etc...) * June 28, 2009- Starting to disassemble car (interior 1st., up on blocks, wheels, rakes... "RESTORATION" is finally beginning!). ***P.S. I will post pics...BETTER PICS, ...I just picked up a brand new webcam at the Future shop yesterday. |
