| Update 04-14-2008: Saturday my car should be coming home after a long trip to repair the 9-bolt rear and replace the 700R4 with a T56, both of which were broken or limping after one of the best launches ever. I've been missing my car lately, so I'm stoked to get it back!!! Update 12-21-2007: My car was featured in the Jan 08 Camaro Peformers. Performance: Ported L98 Aluminum Heads, Competition Valve Job, Street Competition Valves, Gasket-Matched Heads, Hooker 2460 Ceramic Coated Headers, Gasket-Matched TPIS Big Mouth Manifold, Polished AS&M Siamesed Runners, Gasket-Matched Siamesed Plenum, Walbro 255lph, 24# SVO Injectors, K&N, Car Chemistry Insert, Custom Chip, AFPR, AirFoil, !CAT, !EGR, !AIR, LT1 T56, Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch. Suspension: Intrax 2" Lowering Springs, Falken Ziex 512 275/40/17, Hotchkis STB, Hotchkis Panhard Rod, Spohn Tubular Subframe Connectors, Spohn Adjustable LCAs, Spohn LCA Brackets, Polyurethane bushings. Appearance: Two-Tone Black & 2004 Lamborghini Murcielago Orange with extra flop and small metal flake. 17x9.5 American Racing Torque Thrust II - Front BS 5.25" / Rear BS 5.5" Diamond backing bumper parking lights. Shaved the antenna. Clear side marker lights Interior: Covan's Classic Gage Kit with Autometer Phantom Gages. I removed the triple gage pillar. Dynamat, new carpet, dyed all the panels Landau black, dyed the black plastics and to freshen those up, had the seats recovered with synthetic vinyl with orange top stitching. New door panels with orange top stitching added. New upper door trim panels, new shifter, window buttons, fog light switch, door lock buttons, brake level handle, and some other stuff.... --------------------- |

| skinny z | I do have a question for you. I see you're using a stock appearing air filter housing. I suspect you're making some decent horsepower. Do you think that the housing might be a restiction in the inlet system. I've seen little with regards to using the stock and I'd like to apply to my potential 400 HP 86 IROC that's now carbed.
