Bought my pride & joy on August 2, 2003, at 16 years old. I had just gotten my learner's permit in New Jersey the day before. The car is from Florida, and was garage kept for 9 years. It saw only a few days of snow / winter. In 2004 I hit a telephone pole with it, and thought it was totaled. One of the body shops in NJ wouldn't fix it because by the books, it WAS totaled. Moved to North Carolina, did half the body work with my dad, and got it fixed at Kings Auto Body (highly recommended for anyone in the Kannapolis/Charlotte area!). In 2006 my boyfriend (MonteC) and I drove to Hialeah (the same place my car had been in FL before) to buy a LS1/T56 drivetrain. It's been undergoing the swap and we're forever buying stuff for it. We also have a 12 bolt with 4.11's and an aluminum cover, custom exhaust, purchasing C4 brakes and new wheels, and will be doing suspension mods.
