Finally broke in new engine,Runs awesome,better than expected.Paint job needed bad!Paint is faded but interior is pretty good. mods: front end has been rebuilt with all moog chasis parts and poly bushings.The rear is a 3.42 lsd thats worn out so it acts like a peg legger most of the time.transmission is a built 700r4 with stage 2 transgo,corvette servo,built like a performabuilt street/strip,with a performabuilt 2500 12' converter and trans cooler.engine is a brand new L98 short block,nodular iron crank,pm connecting rods,hypereutectic pistons,Unported alluminum ZZ4(d port 113)heads,10:1comp ratio,L-T4 cam,LT-4 valve springs and retainers,7/16 screw in studs,Summit alluminum 1.6 full roller rockers.DUR@.50 I-208 E-210,max lift I.476-E.480,Isky adjustable guidplates,hardened pushrods,MSD wires,MSD blaster coil,MSD digital 6,gutted air boxes,K&N's,home made C.A.I.,Bypassed throttle body coolant hose,Accel 21# injectors,TPIS airfoil,custom prom programeing,Holley AFPR,no cat converter,smog pump delete,A/C delete for now,crappy flowtech shortie headers and y-pipe with 3" flowmaster cat back,modified MAF sensor,Slot car raceing panhard rod and lower controll arms,UMI Lower controll arm relocation brackets,alluminum driveshaft and J42 aluminum rear brake drums.Now its time to spend all my money on susspension,and intake mods.Stock unported TPI set up for now!My goal for this car is to get it back to its stock appearance with a full stock interior and exterior but sqeeze as much power out of the stock TPI i can afford or atleast leave it looking stock.I want to have a little bit of a sleeper,daily driver,but not a track terror,But stay true to the 3rd gen styling. | |
