//<86TA>\\'s 1986 Pontiac Trans Am
I bought the car locally early in 2000, from the classic little old lady who only drove it to the store and back. While that may be true i found out years later the grandkids got the car on the weekends and beat the snot out of it , poor baby. It was my first car, it was red and had a "big" motor. After all this time, it has been a great learning experience. It was originally a lg4/700r4 car with less power than you would want to shake a stick at. The car ran for a year and a half, spending every weekend in the garage fixing some little problem, and was finally done in December 23 2001, by a busted quadrajet. Sat for a couple months, then my father and i tore it apart and the project began, 6 years, piles of money, and 3 drivetrains later here it sits.
