| My name is Justin Moose and for some reason I got stuck on Camaros. Can't help it, it's like a drug or something. This one is my personal favorite of all the F-bodies I've had (in order by purchase: 97 V6 convertable, 86 V6 Firebird, 92 RS 305, 01 Z-28 P.O.S., now the 83) I've rebuilt the motor finally. 305 cid 9.5 to 1 pistons 218/218 @ .50" with .480" lift cam Ported Crossfire intake Shorty headers Casting # 416 heads The motor runs real good but I cant go anywhere till I get the transmission working right. Just a few bugs to work out. Really looking foward to getting it back together soon and thrashing it about. I'm having the most fun working on it though. My little girl has taken an great intrest in motors and all the workings of the car. I've never been more proud in my life. She don't know it yet, but it's her car she's helping to work on. |
