| TADailyDriver's 1988 Pontiac Trans AM | |||
| I own a 1988 Trans Am. Under the hood it has a 305 TBI. So far ive put in an Edelbrock Performer Plus Camshaft, Edelbrock True Roller Timing Kit, B&M Trans-pack Shift Kit stage 2, Accel U-Spark Platnium spark plugs, Accel 8mm yellow wires, Accel High Performance Dist. Cap (tan) and Rotor, 3.73 gears in the rear end, Edelbrock Performer Intake Manifold, Edelbrock Air Filter, and Hooker Super Competition 3" headers. The engine only has 7,500 miles on it and the transmission only has 9,000. Both were rebuilt before i bought it in late September. As for the body it has 119,985 miles. I only work part time and i'm only 19 so i'm doing what i can to the car! I also have a 89 Firebird Formula with a 305 TPI w/ a T56 5 speed manual transmission that i'm using as a parts car as it was totaled when i bought it for 500 bucks.. if anyone needs parts let me know! |
