Bringing this thread back from the dead kinda.
I have yet to see these wheels on a third gen ever.
2001 camaro 10 spoke wheels, I love them some people agree some barf. What do you guys think?
I'm wanting something like a FR500 for my Z28,... Black with polished lip...
I don't care if it is a "Mustang wheel" they are hot as hell. There has got to be something really close to this look that'll fit my car.
ROH Snypers, 17x9 front & rear, with the correct offset, no adapters. They come in solid "silver", but who says you can't paint the spokes/centers black?

5-lug on 4.50" bolt circle,5.98" backspacing and a 24mm offset.
Not sure they would be a great fit on a 3rd gen but I wouldn't hate to have them on mine if they were.
They make bolt on adaptor spacers with 2 different bolt patters, but usually they have a minimum thickness of 1.25”. With that offset they’d probably fit best with a 1” spacer on the front and ½-3/4” on the back… Maybe something custom made out of steel might work on the front (maybe like the “wave” spacers used by the circle track guys), and then a ¼” normal spacer and redrilled axles might work on the back (they’ll fit about like stock 16” wheels).
If that’s what you really want then I’d try finding someone who is making reproductions and see if you can get them without the center hubs totally machined and have them cut to fit a GM pattern.
Similar idea, I like my ZO6 rims, which may end up with the centers painted back depending on what color the car ends up (in the attached picture the car is sitting on jack stands, it really doesn’t sit that high)
Hey... actually, all of that was being used or about to be used, the closest thing there to trash was the pile of gallon bottles on the car and those were being saved to get rid of used oil...
Manovox,
The largest Rim ANY 3rd gen had was a 17x9.5 and that was the Firehawk ALL other F-bodies was the 16x8, IROC, Z28, GTA, Formula, or Trans Am...

I am referring to the pic attached by kwijybow,
the car is of mr-iroc z and those are 18" iroc replicas baught directly from the factory before chromeing and were also painted as the original iroc rims and also polished!!
i did he same on my car but they are chromed and mr iroc z went to 11" rears and me to 10"
I used to have the T.T.II's on mine and it looked good but...I found the ultimate wheel for the 3rd Gen. Camaro...they are the Boze "Octane" 18's all the way around
beautiful car

I know i've always wanted ROH ZS RACING rims but they got discontinued. And I think its pointless not to get 9.5" rims on F-bodies because they fit. I'm probably going to get 38mm ZR1 rims and paint the centers gunmetal. SLP Zr1s are really nice but there only 8in wide.
Any body got more pics of ZR1 rims??? I can't decide to get them or not.
