Re: C6 wheels pita.... but their on :)

295s on back still scrub when i take corners fast. Also waiting on my adjustable panhard bar to come in the mail. And soon i need to get tubular rear lcas since the tires seem to be hitting the stock ones :/ Does any one know if the tubulars are skinnier than the stock control arms?

Just a recommendation, don't take anymore pictures from an angle, including at 90degree(or 45 for that matter)...it's a "PITA" to look at. Other than that, they look better than what you had before, that's for sure.

I think they look kind of funny on there. Third gens especially Firebirds need deep dish wheels to look right. At least that's my opinion.

Those are a great choice for full-sized trucks. Just is you lower it (mine was dropped 5"), the wheel rubs the lower a-arms on turns. A little cutting of the a-arm lip solved my problem.....

To the best of my knowledge..
Monte Carlo's are 5x115, while Camaro's, Firebird's and Vette's are 5x120.7..

So I don't believe 83 SS rims would fit your car bro..

83 Montes have the standard 5 on 4.75 lug pattern, so they'll fit just fine.

Re: C6 wheels pita.... but their on :)

For the most part they don't rub, I put a 1/4 inch spacer on back with the 2 inch. That helped a lot along with the panhard bar. But it still rubs on hard turns so ill be getting 2 1/2 inch addapters soon.
