I was wondering if your with 15x10..5.5bs rims can post rear shots?
From what I have read is 15x10...5.5BS is the rim to run, but when guys get 15x8s they run 4.5 (everyone says 3.5 looks like ****...but 15x10swith a 5.5 would be the exact same?)
Anyways I just ordered my moser 9inch Stock length, with 3inch long studs.
I am wondering should I just order a 15x10..6.5BS then get some spacers and just stick them in untill the tire sits nice?
Or should I just buy 5.5BS.
I am buy summit stars...so they only come 15x10 in a 4.5,5.5,6.5BS
The tires I will be running on the street is 275/50 mickeys and posibly 28x10.5 ET STREETS at the track.
Thanks Jay

5.5" puts the tire a bit outside the wheel well, 6.5" is best on a 10" rim, however depending on tire size, there will be some inner wheel well modification required, mainly the front area and the bumpstop.
make sure the moser rear is actually stock width, mine ended up 1/2" narrower on each side.
i was gonna ask the same question, but 86ta say its a 15x10 rim with the 6.5 back spacing what size tire would fit? would a 28x13.5 fit or would i be looking smaller width to a 28x11.5 or should i go smaller again to a 26x11.5
and i know about the bump stop, so what has to be done to the quarter? just roll it in a bit? or is there cutting involved?
sorry not tryin to jack your thread jay_rich, i just have a very similar question

No worries man, more questions the better haha!
OKay Ill prob just order them with a 6.5BS then buy some extra spacers and If i need to run a spacer I will! They are only like 15bucks anyways.
If I dont need the spacers I will sell them to buddies for there skinnies haha

if you need to, the fender lip could be rolled, not a big deal if you knwo what you are doing. In the fender the bumpstop needs to go and the front of the wheel well needs work, it comes in at a angle from the inner fender to the outer and gets int he way. There is a good thread about this somewhere, xpl3nd (?) runs 10's with 6.5" of bs and had some good pics. Maybe see if i can find it.
im pretty sure the 13.5 wont fit without a minitub.
