car backfiring after rev limiter module install
I have a 1991 Firebird Formula 5speed 305 Tuned port injection. I have an MSD6AL on it. I've had it for about a year. It's worked good I guess. I usually limit my rpms at 3000. I switched to an adjustable one and set it at 2200. When I depress the clutch and shift into 2nd the car backfires a little. After about 5min it stopped. Anything to be concerned with? The car never used to backfire before this. It has 89,000 miles.
