Car: '90 Iroc
Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: 5 spd
SLP custom chiops??????
On ebay there's someone selling a performance chip from SLP, there's a picture of it with the receipt and everything. I'm just wondering if they ever did this, and if so, is this chip custom to the car, or is it universal like a hypertech or something like that? Thanks.

You might want to try posting on SLP's message board @ www.slponline.com . They have reps there that might be able to give you information.

Engine: 350 with Firehawk Package
Transmission: 700R4
They were a generic chip that was tailored to a car with specific mods that included tuned intake runners, a cold air package and a free flowing exhaust system. It was part of their Stage I/Stage II/Stage III packages, and was optimized for vehicles that had the complete (SLP Performance Package) installed.

Your money is better spent buying it from SLP direct. They are too easy to sell the stock chip as a SLP chip.
