Questions about ADS Superchip

Would an ADS superchip for a 1991 305TBI 700R4 GMC p/up fit my 89 TA with 305TBI and 700R4? Also, are there any positive/negative comments on this chip?

Thanks

NG

I'm not 100% positive, but I know the trucks use a 7747 computer, while the cars use a 8746 computer. The chips arent compatible with each other, if the computers are different.

I wouldnt spend money on a generic chip either. They change very little and charge way too much for it.

I agree totally, do not get the chip. Even though it will do very little for you, ADS chips are nothing but junk! My 91 Z ran much better when I got rid of the chip and was using the stock one. If you wnat a chip, you should get on custom burned.

Good Luck!!
