Thanks for the replys with the B&M. Now what about hurst? The dual gate looks like a bad a** shifter. What do ya think?

i don't think you can do any better than a quarter stick. easy to use and very safe to shift, no chance of missing or over shifing a gear.

I have messed with the dual gate a little bit and I couldn't shift without over shifting.

I know that the dual gate looks sweet in a thirdgen. I saw the pic and it looked factory.

I was going to install a hurst dual gate 2. But everyone I called said it was on back order. So i finaly call Hurst and they said that it isn't currently in production but plan to start making it again but didn't have a set date yet.

Does it look semi-factory when installed in an IROC? I want something that looks semi-factory (not a big hackjob) to put into my IROC. Does anyone know how easy it is to install one of these puppies? Does it look like it's supposed to be there? Better yet, does anyone have a picture of one installed in a thirdgen? The pics of the dual-gate look factory, I want the quarter stick to look that way too. I saw the pics of the shifter at the jegs website, and would I have to reuse the stock lights and all that? I really like the quarter stick, please give me some feedback! Basically, doe they sell a console model?

my quarter stick is a hack job as you say. all my interior is stripped out to save weight. i've saw them on super stocks cars so it can be done and look neat.

How did it break? And why couldn't you get the shifter plate on? I've had mine for almost a year and never had any trouble with it.

I have mine on my IROC, I can't post pics for some reason so check out my site in the link and go to pic page. It does not blow, mine was installed by someone who knew what he was doing and didn't send it back

Ciao
